Job Purpose: Our Senior Digital Commerce Analyst will be responsible for managing analytics for the digital customer experience to support the digital commerce strategy. They will be responsible for all website analytics, including management of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Tag manager and integrating analytics from selling and marketing technologies as well as marketing campaigns to give an integrated view of KPIs and recommendations. They will develop dashboards and ad hoc reports that share actionable insights and recommendations to optimize the digital commerce experience. They will work closely with the analytics team to ensure that digital metrics have a strong connection to ROI.
