Requirements

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience, with team management.
  • Hands-on experience with technologies such as .NET, React, Node.js, MS SQL, AWS.
  • Proficient in software design patterns and modern development practices.
  • Hands-on coding experience within the last year.
  • Proven leadership skills in building productive teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical discussions.
  • Problem-solving mindset for tackling technical challenges.
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers and QA engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development.
  • Define project scope and set timelines with stakeholders.
  • Drive technical strategy and architecture decisions.
  • Perform hands-on coding for selected projects.
  • Establish and improve engineering practices and quality standards.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure platform stability.
  • Assist in onboarding and knowledge transfer.
  • Participate in hiring and career development initiatives.
