As a Senior Developer on our Yearbook Technology support team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the stability, performance, and reliability of our flagship SaaS platform. You will work closely with customer support, product, and engineering teams to investigate complex production issues, deliver high-quality fixes, reduce technical debt, and ensure our systems operate at scale. This role emphasizes deep system understanding, operational excellence, and customer impact over net-new feature development. This is a critical role on our overall Yearbook Technology team.
