The Senior Designer, Brand can concept, design, direct, and inspire — a true maker at heart, equal parts artist, technician, and visual storyteller. You’re the one who can do it all: command creative authorship with range, push boundaries with craft, and turn a blank frame into a world-class visual narrative that lives across sports, entertainment, and culture. This is a hands-on designer who sets the visual bar and inspires teams through design excellence. You bring taste, technical range, and an obsession with detail — from 2D graphic systems to fully dimensional worlds.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in brand design within media, broadcast, entertainment, or cultural brands.
  • Ability to design multiple high-impact concepts across diverse visual styles.
  • 3D Design: Cinema 4D / Blender — spatial design, lighting, materials, rendering.
  • 2D Design: Illustrator — brand systems, identity design, typography.
  • Compositing: Photoshop — high-end compositing, color correction, finishing.
  • Motion + Editorial (bonus): After Effects and Premiere.
  • Presentation: Keynote, Figma, PowerPoint, InDesign.
  • Expert in Cinema 4D (or similar), Photoshop, Illustrator, and other creative tools.
  • Skilled in creating dimensional compositions, logo and typography treatments, and design elements that combine light, texture, and depth into cinematic frames.
  • Deep understanding of brand identity systems, typography, motion, and narrative design.
  • Strong grasp of dynamic composition, grid systems, navigation principles, and the ability to storyboard sequences.
  • Exceptional attention to color, texture, lighting, and composition.
  • Advanced Photoshop compositing, photo retouching, and image finishing — you can literally paint in light.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Brand Systems: Concept and execute visual identities and marketing systems across our sports, entertainment, and cultural brand portfolio.
  • Champion of Craft: Ensure all visual output — from motion graphics to 3D renders — meets world-class standards of aesthetic and strategic intent.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with creative directors, strategists, producers, and account leads to bring holistic brand storytelling to life.
  • Stakeholder Presentation: Present ideas with clarity and conviction to clients, leadership, and collaborators.
  • Mentorship: Elevate junior designers by modeling impeccable craft and creative curiosity.
