About The Position

Bond is looking for a Sr. Designer to join our creative team. This role is a great fit for a talented, digitally focused designer with an eye for design, social video content, brand storytelling, and thoughtful execution at scale. You’ll help shape and bring creative ideas to life across channels, with a strong focus on CRM and social.

You’ll lead the execution of high-impact digital creative while also contributing to concept development, campaign direction, and creative problem-solving. The ideal candidate is confident producing best-in-class digital work, enjoys collaborating across teams, and is energized by a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.

This position is flexible hybrid and based in Austin, TX.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Adobe suite and Figma.
• High proficiency in design software and tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects and a high level of creativity and innovation.
• Solid understanding of branding principles and the ability to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity.
• Knowledge of current design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of email and social content
• Translate creative strategy into scalable, high-performing digital systems and templates
• Design static and motion assets for Meta, TikTok, Google Display, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, optimized for performance and platform best practices
• Contribute to campaign ideas, mood boards, visual exploration, and overall creative direction
• Offer feedback and support to junior and freelance designers, helping elevate design quality and consistency
• Create video for digital use across social channels and be skilled at photo retouching, color correction, and light compositing
