About The Position

Axos Bank is seeking an individual within Deposit Operations, responsible for a variety of regular and recurring deposit operational and electronic banking functions to support the overall bank deposit operations

Requirements

• HS Diploma
• 4-5 Years

Responsibilities

• Responds to various operational issues of moderately complexity for internal and/or external customers.
• Researches and completes Service Cloud cases within their rotational unit; follows up with customers with resolution as needed.
• Performs routine to moderately complex operational assignments that require intermediary knowledge of bank/department procedures, rules and regulations pertaining to banking operations
• Completes daily tasks such as wire processing, stop payments, exception processing, mobile deposit review, etc.
