The Warehouse Inventory and Systems Manager leads inventory and IT system functions in the distribution center. This person leads 2 supervisors driving inventory accuracy, quality assurance, and system support excellence. Support functions include but not limited to; WMS/IT, inventory, audit, quality assurance, security, regulatory compliance, etc. Additional Responsibilities include: WMS system software and hardware maintenance. WMS & SAP system training. Maintain computer equipment. Lead and support for system enhancements. (i.e., user testing, defining parameters to WMS system.) Manage annual inventory prep and execution. Research, investigate and resolve problem freight. Run weekly reports focused around shrink and quality assurance. Regulatory compliance. Audit management for receiving, put to club, tiers, OS&D, and shrink. Lead overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D) team. Supervising the recouping and repackaging of damaged merchandise. Maintain safety compliance in regard to the handling of damaged and recalled merchandise. Resolve discrepancies between WMS and SAP and provide supporting documentation to explain any variances. Maintains all DC policies and procedures.
