Company in AI and the design and manufacture of optical inspection equipment, software systems, peripherals, and services, with wide applications in the electronics manufacturing, industrial, automotive, military, and medical fields, and innovative research and development for defining the future of technology for numerous other industries and applications. - This is a field-based role (travel required within the U.S) - Acts as device specialist for the System during surgical procedures by ensuring all necessary equipment and products are available in hospitals - Ability to troubleshoot and provide customer service and education - Responds promptly and appropriately to technical inquiries by customers and colleagues - Maintains a working knowledge of competitor products - Educates and trains physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to the System - Ability to manage personal expenses and budget effectively - Follows all work/quality procedures to ensure quality system compliance and high-quality work - Perform other duties assigned
