What You Will Do Forescout has an excellent opportunity for an engaging and employee-focused Data Warehouse Developer to join our high-energy, multi-cultural, world-changing team. The Data Warehouse Developer will be responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing enterprise-level data warehouse solutions across Oracle and SQL Server platforms. The role involves end-to-end ownership of ETL processes, data modeling, performance tuning, analytics enablement, and visualization support. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to integrate and transform data from multiple systems including Oracle Fusion Cloud, Salesforce (SFDC), Marketo, and Oracle ATP Database, ensuring data accuracy, scalability, and performance. The ideal candidate will also contribute to the organization’s journey toward AI-driven analytics and intelligent metrics frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in data warehousing, ETL development, and analytics engineering.
  • Expertise in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL, query tuning, and database programming.
  • Proven experience integrating data from Oracle Fusion Cloud, SFDC, Marketo, and Oracle ATP.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling (star, snowflake, SCD) and data architecture principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, and KPI/metrics framework design.
  • Experience with ETL tools such as Oracle Data Transform, ODI, OIC, Informatica, or SSIS.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse, Azure Synapse, AWS).
  • Working knowledge of Python, Groovy, or Shell scripting for automation and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK or NIST AI RMF.
  • Exposure to financial, sales, and marketing analytics in enterprise or SaaS environments.
  • Understanding of ML & AI concepts in analytics, forecasting, and anomaly detection.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade data warehouse architectures on Oracle and SQL Server platforms.
  • Develop, optimize, and support ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and cleansing at scale.
  • Implement and manage data integration frameworks for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, EPM), SFDC, Marketo, and Oracle ATP.
  • Write and tune advanced SQL, PL/SQL, and T-SQL procedures for maximum performance.
  • Support and enhance BI dashboards and analytics models in Tableau and Power BI.
  • Apply statistical and analytical concepts to build business-driven data models and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into optimized data designs and semantic layers.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, metadata management, and lifecycle standards.
  • Integrate data using ODI, OIC, SSIS, Informatica, or equivalent tools.
  • Troubleshoot complex data processing issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Contribute to the design of AI/ML-enabled analytics and anomaly detection pipelines (optional).
  • Document technical workflows, dependencies, and data lineage for long-term maintainability.
