Learn more about why you want to be here! PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Senior Data Scientist will build high performing machine learning models across the enterprise. As a key member of the rapidly growing Enterprise Analytics team, this role has the opportunity to develop and deploy impactful generative AI / LLM / ML solutions that drive revenue growth, reduce expenses, and enhance customer experience. This role will perform analyses of internal and external data sources in support of key business functions and develop predictive, descriptive modeling and identify areas of improvement for ICW business units. The Senior Data Scientist will collaborate closely with business partners in Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Actuarial, HR, Law and Technology to help us realize the value in our extensive data resources.
