Requirements

  • Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Analytics, Engineering, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Experience extracting actionable insights from large and complex datasets using data mining techniques (2 years)
  • Experience writing advanced queries and managing relational databases using SQL (2 years)
  • Experience designing and analyzing experiments to inform product decisions using A/B testing methodologies (2 years)
  • Experience applying statistical tests including ANOVA to validate hypotheses and assess significance (2 years)
  • Experience building and interpreting models for prediction and inference using statistical modeling techniques (2 years)
  • Experience implementing, tuning, and deploying machine learning algorithms for business applications (2 years)
  • Experience performing data analysis and modeling using statistical programming languages such as Python and R (2 years)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct rigorous data analysis using machine learning models and advanced statistical methods to improve customer experiences and identify profitable growth opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams to build world-class products, leveraging A/B testing frameworks and hypothesis-driven experiments to drive data-backed decisions.
  • Improve product experiences for 200+ million customers by applying predictive modeling, clustering, and other machine learning techniques to uncover insights and optimize user interactions.
  • Leverage the Objective & Key Results (OKR) framework to identify and track product metrics, ensuring data accuracy through automated pipelines and real-time dashboards.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior level/non-technical stakeholders, translating complex data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Deliver statistical analyses and experimental design techniques to understand customer behavior, optimize new feature launches, and inform product prioritization.
  • Build automation for data collection, processing, and visualization, ensuring seamless reporting and monitoring of key performance indicators.
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, ensuring analytical rigor in all business recommendations.
