As a DEX Data Scientist for the GE Aerospace Digital Workplace team, you will be responsible for working closely with the broader Digital Workplace organization to enable the development and deployment of key productivity and enablement tools across the organization in a seamless, contemporary, and modern way. Working under the leadership of our Service Governance Leader, you will analyze endpoint data, identify trends in IT performance, user sentiment, and system inefficiencies, and provide actionable insights to enhance productivity and reduce downtime. This position is crucial for driving improvements in our digital workplace environment, ensuring seamless employee interactions with technology. You will be part of a growing, focused team to continually develop this internal product portfolio, delivering increased value to our 70,000+ user base across the world, impacting every employee across the company.Preference given to candidates supporting Eastern Standard Time zone hours.
