The People Analytics team at Optum provides insights and perspective on our employees and workforce trends that allow us to fulfill our mission to help people live healthier lives and to help make the health system work better for everyone. In this role, you will be an integral part of the People Analytics team directly supporting Labor Relations and report to the Director of People Analytics. You will develop and implement tools to drive improved decision making and business performance by providing executive insights and key trends to Labor Relations and People Business Partners as well as other leaders across the enterprise. You will collaborate with the team to translate business objectives and challenges into analytics projects, prioritize competing priorities, share best practices, and deliver analytics and reporting of key business trends to human capital business partners. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
