Your Role: Prepares complex data, creates data visualizations, and performs advanced analytics for internal and external clients. Displays an understanding of diversity. Demonstrates integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence (I CARE values). Enhances and contributes to a safe environment for all colleagues, visitors, and patients. Ensures data integrity via accurate, multiple source data collection. Works with management and data architects to determine user needs, build usable databases to store required information, create solutions so users can access data, create security plans and measures, and maintain database integrity. Applies proper statistical methods to produce descriptive, predictive, and probabilistic analyses and reports. Works with end users and other data analysts; ensures they can use and access data easily within customer defined timeframes. Seeks opportunities to automate reports; surveys data sets proactively to find improvement opportunities, contributing to the organization's mission, vision, and strategic plan. Performs miscellaneous duties not expressly described herein.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology (IT), computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, business analytics, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of relevant data management or healthcare IT experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Skilled in using:
  • Microsoft (MS) Office Suite
  • MS Structured Query Language (SQL) Server (and/or MySQL)
  • Business intelligence tools (i.e., Qlik, Tableau, and Power BI)
