Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your Future A Senior Data Analyst is an experienced professional responsible for leading complex projects and initiatives, mentoring junior analysts, and acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role involves strategic planning, advanced data analysis, and ensuring that business objectives are met through effective solutions. A career with purpose. Requirements

Must have advanced SQL skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree beneficial).
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in data analysis, analytics engineer, or a related role.
Confident with learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
Experience with a data transformation tool such as dbt.
Advanced experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture.

Responsibilities

Lead the analysis of complex business problems and opportunities.
Develop comprehensive analytics and reporting requirements and specifications.
Lead the design, creation, testing, and roll out of new dashboards, reports, and advanced data tools.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to lead and organize meetings and deliverables.
Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations.
