Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your Future A Senior Data Analyst is an experienced professional responsible for leading complex projects and initiatives, mentoring junior analysts, and acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role involves strategic planning, advanced data analysis, and ensuring that business objectives are met through effective solutions. A career with purpose. Role Overview Advanced-level position Leads complex projects and initiatives. Highly technical with extensive experience with SQL and Tableau

Requirements

  • Must have advanced SQL skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in data analysis, analytics engineer, or a related role.
  • Confident with learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Experience with a data transformation tool such as dbt.
  • Advanced experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture.

  • (Master’s degree beneficial).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis of complex business problems and opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive analytics and reporting requirements and specifications.
  • Lead the design, creation, testing, and roll out of new dashboards, reports, and advanced data tools.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to lead and organize meetings and deliverables.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations.
