Gemini is looking for an experienced Sr. Customer Experience (CX) Representative to join the team at our location in Garland, TX! This position is responsible for providing exceptional service through advanced technical and customer support for complex orders, specialty products, and escalated issues. Under intermittent supervision, the position will be responsible for qualified opportunity sales by acting as a problem-solver and liaison between customers, sales, and production teams.
