As a Sr Customer Support Management Manager , you will be responsible for leading and managing customer experience programs, ensuring that our customers have a seamless and positive experience throughout their engagement with us. Your role will involve developing and executing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, drive operational excellence, and foster long-term relationships. By effectively managing customer experience initiatives at a senior level, you will contribute to customer loyalty, retention, and overall business growth. You’ll work out of our Aguadilla, PR location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact customer engagement, program management, operational efficiency, and business development.
