Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage assigned health plan accounts, ensuring customer success and relationship management.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders while navigating difficult conversations and escalations.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and other teams to resolve issues effectively.
  • Track and manage complex client issues, ensuring accountability and timely outcomes.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention by proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Represent the customer internally, ensuring alignment between client needs and organizational priorities.
