As a Billing Customer Service Representative, you will provide members with essential information to make informed health decisions, ensuring they receive the right care efficiently. This role involves offering compassionate and empathetic support to a high volume of callers (50 to 70 daily), guiding them and resolving escalated issues. You will be responsible for addressing complex health care concerns in a positive and simplified manner, ensuring callers fully understand their health care plans and solutions. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a 9-hour daily shift assigned between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM ET after an initial training period. This role is both challenging and rewarding, requiring extensive phone work and the ability to manage various communication styles and stressful situations.
