We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Customer Engineering Manager with strong technical depth and leadership skills focused on AI/ML, agentic systems, and operational excellence to join the team. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team, drive the development of customer solutions leveraging internal Agentic platforms, and contribute to the strategic direction of customer engineering for Fairfax and commercial businesses.
