We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. CRM Analyst to sit at the intersection of data intelligence and customer engagement strategy. In this role, you will own the measurement, testing, and optimization of CRM programs across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, and content cards — while serving as a key analytical voice across cross-functional teams. You will leverage deep familiarity with Braze alongside modern data tools including SQL, Databricks, and Power BI to surface insights that drive meaningful improvement in customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. As AI-assisted workflows and predictive capabilities increasingly shape the CRM landscape, your comfort with emerging analytical approaches will be a differentiator in this role. Position reports into our Store Support Office in Phoenix, AZ.
