Your Role: Analyze credit applications, customer profiles, and portfolio performance to assess risk exposure. Develop, maintain, and validate credit scoring and predictive risk models. Perform stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate portfolio resilience. Collect, clean, and integrate data from internal and external sources (CRM, ERP, credit bureaus, financial statements, etc.). Apply statistical and analytical techniques to identify risk patterns and predict default probabilities. Design automated reporting pipelines and maintain audit-ready documentation. Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Tableau. Present insights and risk recommendations to Sales, Credit, Tech Credit, and senior leadership. Provide early warning indicators for emerging credit risks. Partner cross-functionally to align credit strategies with business objectives. Recommend process improvements in credit review and decision-making. Escalate complex issues to the Director of Customer Finance as appropriate. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience in credit risk analysis, data analytics, or financial modeling. Strong understanding of credit risk frameworks and lending practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Tableau, and database systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Ability to work collaboratively across departments. What Success Looks Like: High accuracy and reliability of credit risk models. Timely delivery of monthly risk reporting. Maintain greater than 95% data integrity across credit datasets. Reduction in portfolio risk metrics, including Non-Performing Loans (NPL). Positive stakeholder feedback on insights and recommendations. Physical Demands: Primarily sedentary work involving extended periods of sitting. Occasional exertion of up to 10 pounds. Frequent close visual analysis of data and reporting. Requirements
