About The Position

Direct the development, maintenance, and production support of Infor FSM, Infor XM, and related SaaS and on Premises applications. What will you be responsible for: Direct the development, maintenance, and production support of Infor FSM, Infor XM, and related SaaS and on premises applications. Provide Infor FSM and Infor XM end user support for application usage and troubleshooting. Train users in Infor FSM and Infor XM application functionality. Provide support for financial and government audits. Assist in design and development of solutions for business needs in Infor FSM and Infor XM.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required.
Experience in one of Infor Cloud Suite Applications - Required
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects - Required
SQL skills - Required
Experience in collaborating with internal users and external consultants - Required
Effective collaboration and communication skills - Required

Nice To Haves

Infor FSM and Infor XM Application implementation and/or support experience - Preferred
Knowledge of Infor FSM and Infor XM configurations and application functionality - Preferred
Experience in design and development of extensions in Infor FSM - Preferred
