Position: Sr. Corporate Training Specialist Position Summary: Responsible for delivery of comprehensive training programs for one or more focused areas. This includes, but is not limited to, developing training calendars, developing training materials, delivering training, and assessing learner readiness. Serves as a subject matter expert. Trains, mentors, and supports junior team members. Job Description: Primary Responsibilities Develops and delivers targeted training solutions, including new hire onboarding and recurrent team training, in support of business goals. Builds upon strong subject matter expertise through classroom attendance, job shadowing and on-the-job experience. Models the Lumeris values, promotes a learning culture, and cultivates a welcoming environment. Facilitates courses while demonstrating desired behaviors, including delivering in an engaging manner, communicating effectively, adhering to program expectations and running the classroom. Develops training using instructional design methodology through all phases of development; including review, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Ensures content accurately reflects current policies, procedures and regulatory & client standards. Handles classroom logistics, including scheduling rooms, preparing materials, tracking attendance and sending follow-up surveys. Evaluates trainee performance readiness throughout the training process and provide personalized, targeted feedback and coaches learners to help them succeed. Collaborates with training colleagues to enable knowledge sharing across the organization. Develops monthly and annual training calendar using supply and demand analysis. Provides expertise and cross-functional partnership to ensure that learning goals, training content, and delivery methods address identified needs. Identifies and recommends process improvements. Performs other duties as assigned.
