About the Role As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers, corporate and operations leaders, and the broader Talent Acquisition team to identify, attract, and hire top talent for a variety of corporate roles. Experience recruiting for call center, finance & accounting, and human resources positions is especially valuable.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of full-cycle leadership and corporate recruiting experience.
  • Proven success partnering with C-suite and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to source candidates proactively through cold calls, social media, and other innovative channels.
  • Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS) or like ATS.
  • Experience collaborating effectively in multi-location and remote environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret recruiting data and metrics.
  • Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and leaders across the organization.
  • Serve as a talent and brand ambassador, promoting Sun Auto’s culture and opportunities to internal stakeholders and external candidates.
  • Manage a portfolio of 5–15 leadership and corporate-level searches simultaneously.
  • Apply a “best-in-class” executive recruiting mindset, ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Lead recruiting meetings with senior leadership and act as a strategic talent advisor.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with all candidates and hiring partners.
  • Advise hiring leaders using data-driven insights and best practices to ensure fair, effective selection decisions.
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to ensure transparency, consistency, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
  • Support additional talent-related initiatives as needed to meet business goals.
