The Sr. Corporate Finance Manager will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and the Board of Directors, driving data-informed decisions, scalable processes, and insights that directly influence business growth. The position combines hands-on modeling, forecasting, and reporting with proactive analysis of operational and financial performance. You will work cross-functionally to align financial planning with strategic priorities, optimize capital allocation, and develop frameworks that support long-term success. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, is highly analytical, and communicates confidently with senior stakeholders while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or analytical roles, ideally within high-growth technology, SaaS, or marketplace businesses.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, including 3-statement modeling, driver-based planning, and scenario analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adaptive Planning (or equivalent EPM tool), Excel, Google Suite; experience with ERP/HRIS systems a plus.
  • Proven ability to influence business decisions through actionable, data-driven insights.
  • Strong executive presence and experience preparing materials for boards or leadership teams.
  • SQL proficiency for ad-hoc analysis; experience with investment banking, private equity, or management consulting is advantageous.
  • Track record of mentoring team members and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Strategic, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity while building scalable processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead quarterly reforecasting and annual planning processes, translating business initiatives into financial impact.
  • Prepare executive-ready board materials, including financial sections, performance narratives, and forward-looking recommendations.
  • Build and maintain equity burn and cash flow models; monitor liquidity risks and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Oversee corporate and centralized OpEx allocations, collaborating with HR and other departments on cost management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling, reporting, and system integrations (Adaptive Planning or equivalent).
  • Deliver strategic analysis and proactive insights, highlighting risks, efficiencies, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage month-end close, variance analysis, and executive summaries for board and investor reporting.
