Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration
- At least 3 years of experience in treasury operations
- Experience with forecasting and treasury technology
- Advanced Excel skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Experience with Kyriba and PeopleSoft preferred
- Certified Treasury Professional desired but not required
Responsibilities
- Liquidity & Cash Management:Conduct daily cash positioning and short-term liquidity management acrossthe organization.
- Monitor and optimize working capital to support business operations and growth.
- Treasury Operations Execution: Support development and maintenance of a 13-week rolling and long-term cash forecasting models, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Monitor and review bank fee structure and merchant card program.
- Technology & Systems Integration: Support optimization efforts with Kyriba.
- Automate treasury workflows and reporting to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to enhance system integration and data integrity.
- Strategic Support & Leadership: Provide analytical support and insights to senior treasury leadership for decision-making.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, M&A support, and special projects as needed
