The Senior Corporate Counsel – Employment is responsible for providing day-to-day legal support to the Company’s Human Resources team for employment matters on variety of employment issues. This position is also responsible for managing outside counsel on employment litigation, and handling EEOC, agency charges and internal investigations. Also responsible for updating employee-related agreements, handling restrictive covenant matters, reviewing, and drafting policies and procedures as necessary to support the human resources team, and developing and conducting training on legal developments. The Senior Corporate Counsel is based as a hybrid (min 3 days/week on-site) at the Company’s Secaucus, NJ, headquarters.
