Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other related degree.
• 5-7 years of related experience.
• Experience with financial closing and accounts payable.
• Demonstrated porficiency with Sun Systems
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical skills, and strong planning and organizational skills.
• Be able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail and understand the need for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Responsible for the company’s accounts payable functions.
• Assist in reporting to management regarding the Corporate finances
• Prepare and maintain reconciliations for various accounts
• Reconcile bank statements/account activities
• Assist with month end close processes.
• Regulatory Reporting.
• Complete special projects and ad hoc reports as needed.
