The Sr. Coordinator Non-Technical Customer Support for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Interacts with customers and Sales over the phone or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review. Booking New contracts, process sales order, document customer complaints, and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries. May also provide in-house training on non-technical customer support. This position is part of the Client Services Department and reports to the Manager/Supervisor responsible for Contract Administration located in Brea, California and will be on-site . In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Establishing close relationships with customers, business partners, and other departments to help ensure resolution of customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner Booking and maintaining new contract agreements, setting up billing schedules, shipping schedules, and managing compliance to the contract terms and conditions Partnering with the sales organization in securing contract renewals, preventing expiry and supporting in the placement of new instruments
