About The Position

Support the ARKRAY sales teams with regard to bids and bid management, sales data analytics, contracts and pricing. While there will be a category that the employee specializes in, the expectation is that they will be able to support the other categories and gain competency in those categories as well.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in one of the above-mentioned fields required.
  • A record of increased responsibilities and results preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering results, high initiative.
  • Financial modeling and analysis skills required for gross, net pricing and profitability simulations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, analysis, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (including, but not limited to Word, Adobe, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in PC-based analytical tools (including but not limited to Dynamics, Salesforce and other CRM tools).

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of company contracting programs including expiration report, electronic copies and database population with the development and upkeep of a contract tracking system and database.
  • Load and maintain all products and corresponding purchase price in the ERP system as well as benchmark pricing (AWP/WAC/EDLP) with 3rd Party Clearinghouse entities.
  • Provide reporting on contract status as required by specific contracts and by the organization. Inclusive of compliance with terms and conditions , analysis and trending information.
  • Partner with relevant teams to ensure all contractual terms and obligations are met and all potential exposures are identified.
  • Assist the manager in ensuring contract rates, terms and conditions are implemented appropriately.
  • Support the manager as a point of contact for contracting entity regarding contractual matters and coordinate customers’ requests relating to contractual matters with the respective internal groups.
  • Assess contracts to determine trends, payment thresholds, qualification for payments including validation of customer data and account performance.
  • Complete monthly accrual recons to ensure payment of all financial expenses anticipated from contractual obligations.
  • Negotiate and resolve disputes regarding reimbursement differences with the contracting entity, including required approvals and accrual of funds.
  • Monitor contract expiration dates to ensure actions are taken to close, renegotiate or extend the contracts.
  • Control amendments to or extensions of contracts and communicate changes to involved parties.
