Tessera Labs is building cutting-edge AI technology—and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Leader to build and scale our recruiting function from the ground up. This is a true zero-to-one role for someone who has led technical hiring in fast-moving startup environments and knows how to build teams, processes, and culture from scratch. Tessera Labs is an AI-driven technology company scaling rapidly—and we’re hiring a Senior Recruiter to own GTM and Engineering hiring end to end. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in startup environments, loves full-cycle recruiting, and knows how to partner with hiring managers to deliver top talent in competitive tech markets.

Requirements

5+ years of recruiting experience in tech and/or startup environments
Proven success hiring GTM and Engineering talent
Strong sourcing and stakeholder partnership skills
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth settings

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, CS) and Engineering roles
Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and priorities
Source, engage, and close high-quality candidates in tech and AI markets
Manage pipelines, interviews, offers, and candidate experience
Use data and insights to drive hiring outcomes and improve processes
