Develops the overall design and specifications for creating and enhancing the experience and functionality of user interfaces for firm products, including websites, software, hardware and tools. Partners with marketing, product management and product development to create design architecture, specifications and requirements for the look, feel and functionality of products. Uses design tools to create storyboards, samples, prototypes and templates for demonstrations and user testing. Reviews proposed product changes or enhancements for compliance and alignment with desired user experience design and satisfaction standards and suggests improvements. Evaluates market and consumer user experience research and results and updates design architecture based on discovered trends and patterns. May perform user design research, including aggregation and analysis of primary and secondary research data, for consumer and user design acceptance and overall user experience. The Senior Content Designer is responsible for shaping the clarity, consistency, and effectiveness of user-facing language across key product experiences, owning content strategy and execution with minimal oversight. They collaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Research to define problems, craft messaging frameworks, and deliver content that improves comprehension, conversion, trust, and usability. This role uses data, customer insights, and experimentation to refine content, align narrative across touchpoints, and ensure that language supports both user needs and business outcomes. The designer works across end-to-end journeys, contributes to system-level voice and tone standards, mentors junior content designers, and presents clear, strategic storytelling to cross-functional partners and leadership.
