As a Sr Consulting Manager, Trade Promotion Management and Optimization (TPx) – Consulting, you will make an impact by leading strategic consulting engagements for Retail and Consumer Goods clients, driving trade promotion optimization initiatives, and delivering high-value solutions. You will be a valued member of the Cognizant Consulting team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, project teams, and junior consultants. In this role, you will: Lead and manage TPx consulting projects for Retail/CPG clients, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client objectives. Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, TPx software vendor landscape, and promotional effectiveness to identify opportunities to optimize trade spending ROI. Develop and implement Trade Promotion Optimization strategies, including data and AI technology, business process, and organizational strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on TPx matters. Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Work Model We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
