The Sr. Consultant, Client Success Manager is a client-facing, individual contributor responsible for owning the holistic post-sale Client Services relationship for a portfolio of Visa clients. The Sr. Consultant is a trusted client advocate who works proactively with clients to enable new capabilities, manage geographic expansion, and promote product adoption across Visa’s solutions. This role will support a variety of crypto partners, which may include crypto exchanges, wallet providers, stablecoin issuers, fintech infrastructure platforms, and banks launching crypto‑enabled issuance, acceptance, and remittance solutions. The role requires a high level of professionalism, technical aptitude, understanding of the crypto ecosystem, leadership, and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. The Sr. Consultant partners closely with Sales, Product, and Client Services teams to proactively drive Client Success outcomes aligned to Visa’s business agenda and the Sales Account Plan. This role is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of Visa’s Client Success transformation by partnering closely with key Visa clients to maximize benefits realization and value from Visa products through optimizing performance. The individual will also define and deploy client support and service implementation strategies, including automated tools and capabilities, to enhance the client experience and drive value for both clients and Visa. This role is focused on direct ownership of crypto and digital asset client relationships, where navigating complex operating models, rapid product evolution, and regulatory change is core to delivering client success. This role serves as a functional generalist, located in North America and reporting to Sr. Director, Client Success Management.
