Support and align efforts and resources to meet business needs. Deliver incremental enhancements and participate in projects by completing and updating documentation; managing scope; setting daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of tasks and milestones; and following proper critical issue resolution paths. Analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes. Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities. Provide project level analysis - producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan, etc). Collaborate with software provider developers to implement the requirements, provide needed mentorship to testers during the QA process. We expect our candidate to bring over 3-5 years of experience in the following: Excellent business communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Expertise in business requirement gathering, and leading design and process workflow sessions. Good technical writing skills to document functional and technical artifacts. Solid grasp in relational databases, web applications, and cloud hosting or SaaS based solution implementation. Solid understanding of demand management, inventory planning, replenishment planning and distribution components of the supply chain process. Familiarity with a top tier supply chain planning system (Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, E2Open, Logility, o9 Solutions, etc.) Small/midsize projects and team management. Partnership with 3rd party providers on delivering all aspects of project and support execution.
