It is how we connect and interact with our clients, business partners and fellow associates.Job Summary: The primary duty of this position is the operational integrity and profitability of contracted programs utilizing a managed order guide for assigned distribution centers.

Requirements

Experience in foodservice, supply chain, manufacturing and/or category development desired or other related experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Working Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer) required.
Strong Excel skills required and database experience would be preferred.
Knowledge of contract management systems or other rebate technology preferred.
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
Experience meeting stated timelines and deadlines.
Collaborative – works well as a member of a team.
Consistently displays strong integrity and ethics.

Responsibilities

Review managed order guides against company data records to monitor for authorized and unauthorized changes
Resolve discrepancies directly with distributors, category managers and other stakeholders.
Execute order guide changes, audits, stock requests, depletion of obsolete inventory and new program rollouts for assigned distributors.
Manage proprietary inventory for assigned distributors to minimize slow and dead invetory and maximize return on investment.
Facilitate weekly calls with assigned distributors to review performance and address issues with managed order guide management and off order guide sales.
Complete managed order guide and spend analysis to optimize ROI at assigned distribution centers.
Process field requests for changes and/or additions to the managed order guide product listing.
Provide reporting to stakeholders and complete other ad hoc analysis.
Take action or provide a recommended.
