It is how we connect and interact with our clients, business partners and fellow associates.Job Summary: The primary duty of this position is the operational integrity and profitability of contracted programs utilizing a managed order guide for assigned distribution centers.

Requirements

  • Experience in foodservice, supply chain, manufacturing and/or category development desired or other related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer) required.
  • Strong Excel skills required and database experience would be preferred.
  • Knowledge of contract management systems or other rebate technology preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Experience meeting stated timelines and deadlines.
  • Collaborative – works well as a member of a team.
  • Consistently displays strong integrity and ethics.

Responsibilities

  • Review managed order guides against company data records to monitor for authorized and unauthorized changes
  • Resolve discrepancies directly with distributors, category managers and other stakeholders.
  • Execute order guide changes, audits, stock requests, depletion of obsolete inventory and new program rollouts for assigned distributors.
  • Manage proprietary inventory for assigned distributors to minimize slow and dead invetory and maximize return on investment.
  • Facilitate weekly calls with assigned distributors to review performance and address issues with managed order guide management and off order guide sales.
  • Complete managed order guide and spend analysis to optimize ROI at assigned distribution centers.
  • Process field requests for changes and/or additions to the managed order guide product listing.
  • Provide reporting to stakeholders and complete other ad hoc analysis.
  • Take action or provide a recommended.
