Partner in the design, planning, implementation and delivery of compensation programs, policies and procedures for the healthcare system. Support Nuvance Healths achievement of desired competitive position to market and supporting system goals and initiatives. Contribute to compensation programs to enhance Nuvance's ability to recruit, motivate and retain talented employees. Span of Control: Serve as compensation leader for a segment of the healthcare system or significant compensation programs that are system-wide.
