A Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for administering company compensation programs across geographically diverse operations. Responsible for evaluating and analyzing salary data, recommending pay grades, and participates in compensation surveys. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Ensures that requests for pay adjustments comply with current compensation policy. Responsible for complex projects and contributing to complex projects. This position is also responsible for ensuring that the company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations. Reporting within the Total Employee Rewards Department, this position will be instrumental in delivering on our Employee Value Proposition
