The Communications Specialist is a member of the Luminis Health Marketing and Communications team, reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing and Communications. This position is primarily dedicated to supporting Human Resources (HR) and will develop and execute strategic internal communications that foster employee engagement, enhance workforce culture, and support organizational priorities related to recruitment, retention, workforce development, employee well-being, and HR related initiatives. This position requires a proactive, strategic communicator who can anticipate needs, identify opportunities and challenges, and partner closely with HR leaders and senior executives across the organization. The communications specialist will build trusted relationships, translate HQ goals into clear and compelling messages, and deliver impactful multi-channel communications that strengthen alignment with Luminis Health’s vision, values, and Rise culture (Respect, Inclusion, Service, and Excellence). The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful storyteller, and experienced change communicator, and a solutions-oriented partner who can manage multiple complex initiative independently from planning to execution.
