Requirements

  • Minimum 4-6 years related experience in captive finance and commercial lending industry experience
  • Experience with ALFA system required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate to all levels of management and document training material and processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with field sales, collaborate with customers, collaborate with OEMs and training others on new systems/processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and managing multiple workstreams

Responsibilities

  • Support signage lease program as liaison between field sales and OEM for updates and reporting.
  • Point of contract for reporting, document preparation and quality control with Legal.
  • Communicate and coordinate with Field Sales to receive complete application package.
  • Prepare legal documents using templates with the information from the application package and asset / supplier information.
  • Input the executed contract and lease schedules into the system and submit for approval.
  • Perform ongoing contract management working with Sales on any issues with the accounts.
  • Manage budget planning and payment processing for the mobility infrastructure asset acquisition.
  • Provide weekly reporting and participate in status updates with OEM.
  • Review program needs and requirements with Dealers, OEMs and vendors.
  • Streamline Existing Workflows
  • Assist Field Sales and OEM teams in 95% reduction of outstanding Signage Lease applications and contracts >30 days past due.
  • Assist Field Sales, OEM and Management in 95% reduction of aged HALO applications for Signage Lease.
  • Train new associates on Funding equipment acquisitions.
  • Serve as subject matter expert in development of new signage lease process.
  • Reporting
  • Provide detailed reports and analyses from pipeline reviews to inform the leadership team, offering insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Support Equipment Finance and Lease Operations.
  • Act as test agent with the technology platform (e.g., Alfa Systems).
  • Train new associates on funding equipment acquisitions through ALFA system.
  • Test and pilot additional equipment Fundings (e.g. Boston Dynamics, Supernal) as needed.
  • Develop, test and launch Signage Lease one-pay program.
  • Business Strategy Support
  • Support strategy planning with research and benchmarking.
  • Identify key business requirements from product, sales, operations and servicing perspective as it pertains to assigned business initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent, compliant, and effective business development practices that align with the company's strategic goals and operational excellence.
