Streamline Existing Workflows • Assist Field Sales and OEM teams in 95%25 reduction of outstanding Signage Lease applications and contracts >30 days past due. • Assist Field Sales, OEM and Management in 95%25 reduction of aged HALO applications for Signage Lease. • Train new associates on Funding equipment acquisitions. • Serve as subject matter expert in development of new signage lease process. Reporting • Provide detailed reports and analyses from pipeline reviews to inform the leadership team, offering insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making and resource allocation. • Support Equipment Finance and Lease Operations. • Act as test agent with the technology platform (e.g., Alfa Systems). • Train new associates on funding equipment acquisitions through ALFA system. • Test and pilot additional equipment Fundings (e.g. Boston Dynamics, Supernal) as needed. • Develop, test and launch Signage Lease one-pay program. Business Strategy Support • Support strategy planning with research and benchmarking. • Identify key business requirements from product, sales, operations and servicing perspective as it pertains to assigned business initiatives. • Ensure consistent, compliant, and effective business development practices that align with the company's strategic goals and operational excellence.
