Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with less experience may be considered for the right fit.
Proficiency in AMS 360 and ImageRight software.
Strong attention to detail.
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and delegate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Experience with Construction accounts is essential.

Nice To Haves

Commitment to professional growth and development (working towards or holding relevant designations is a plus).
For the Diversified role, a generalist background is preferred, with experience in Human Services, Manufacturing, HOAs, Condos, etc., being a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business with accounts ranging from $15,000 to $200,000 in revenue for Construction or up to $100,000 in revenue for Diversified accounts.
Handle 40-45 clients for Construction accounts or 60-80 clients for Diversified accounts.
Quote new and renewal business.
Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a cohesive and supportive work environment.
Utilize AMS 360 and ImageRight software for account management and documentation.
