The Senior Clinical Therapist will provide clinic and community-based services to adults with significant mental health concerns. The position is part of a multidisciplinary team designed to assist clients with meeting personal objectives for improving mental health and co-occurring conditions. Therapist will apply clinical skills to provide behavioral health treatment and support to meet the needs of clients. The clinician’s primary goals are to 1) assess the biopsychosocial and safety needs of the clients and determining treatment strategies; 2) guiding the person-centered treatment planning process; 3) providing therapy according to the identified evidence-based practice strategies; and 4) working collaboratively with the team to promote, improve and sustain the overall wellness of the target population.
