The Senior Client Success Director develops relationships with larger and more complex clients to increase revenue. This role pursues relationships with potential new lines of business, identifies business opportunities to upsell products and services to current businesses, and drives retention and growth among client portfolio by understanding their unique business needs and helping them succeed. Additionally, this role has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs, maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal, and advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. The Senior Client Success Director is also responsible for building, maintaining and communicating accounts plans across their internal cross-functional account team. At the Senior Client Success Director level, work is highly independent, may assume a team lead role for the group, and serves as a specialist on complex client matters.
