Discover Impactful Work: Join our team as a Senior Client Services Project Manager where you'll lead complex, high-impact projects that enable our customers to make breakthrough scientific discoveries. You'll serve as a trusted advisor managing end-to-end project delivery while building strong client relationships across our organization. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and operational excellence to ensure successful implementation of our scientific solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline with 8+ years of experience in project management in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or related industries or Advanced degree with 6+ years of experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, large-scale enterprise projects from inception through delivery
  • Advanced technical expertise in scientific software implementation, validation, and quality management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships across multiple organizational levels
  • Experience driving process improvements and supporting team development
  • Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and revenue tracking)
  • Advanced understanding of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and enterprise/project management systems
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada without restrictions
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-level client services projects
  • Drive project planning, resource allocation, timelines, and execution
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
  • Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scientific and technical solutions
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to project management best practices
  • Mentor and support team members to drive operational excellence
