About The Position

As a Sr. Client Service Associate, you’ll grow and maintain positive relationships with our clients, while servicing their requests by email or phone. To be successful, you'll have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organized and have strong prioritization skills to independently balance your workload. Your day will be filled with: Collaborating with client facing roles, and communicating effectively with internal clients regarding special timing requests, and routine employee data, while delivering excellent client service. Ensuring client needs are met by providing consolidated, timely, and complete reporting. This may include communicating on complex plan administration procedures. Reviewing and analyzing data for reasonability and accuracy. Recognizing and researching unusual or complex situations and providing timely resolutions to business partners and clients. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our recordkeeping system. Develop a working knowledge of plan, contract and pension documents. Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required. Requirements

  • Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years of related experience.
  • Must strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, basic math, organizational, reading comprehension, interpretation, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Requires knowledge of related plan and contract documents, manuals, procedures, and company products and services.
  • Have ability to balance working independently with working in a team environment and display a sense of urgency to meet customer needs and overall pension goals.
  • Possess a good understanding of accounting and recordkeeping systems and PC applications.
  • Demonstrated Microsoft Office proficiency is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Pension products preferred.
  • Intermediate Excel skills - VLOOKUP, data filtering, and sorting capabilities
