Sr. Clerks play a key role in achieving that objective by supporting our customers and fellow associates by providing a variety of administrative support activities. As a Sr. Clerk, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where there is a strong focus on teamwork. Candidates for this role are adaptable, have strong attention to detail, independently complete work and consistently meet deadlines. This is a team-based role offering the ability to work with others to achieve results.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • May require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.
  • Basic computer, math, and communication skills required
  • Data entry and/or keyboarding skills required

Responsibilities

  • Complete miscellaneous work requests to support various business areas across CAF. This includes preparing and processing customer correspondence, data entry and account notation in company account management systems.
  • Work with team members, other departments, store locations, and external vendors to resolve customer questions/concerns.
  • Filing documents in appropriate locations, receive, sort, review, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail/packages, and maintaining office supplies; the role may include validating document accuracy, identify errors and document scanning.
  • Teach new associates an overview of the work, processes, and tasks to ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
  • Ability to work high volume and fast paced processes.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
