As an Administrative Servicing Representative, you will process customer paperwork affiliated with vehicle purchases, ownership, and general support of CAF customers in a variety of other ways. At CarMax Auto Finance, the Administrative Servicing team is part of that backstage crew. Administrative Servicing Representatives work closely together as a team to ensure account maintenance tasks are handled expeditiously for CarMax Auto Finance customers. It takes a keen attention to detail, combined with solid decision- making and communication skills, to ensure that each transaction is accurate, timely, compliant, without error, and under minimal supervision. The environment is fast-paced, yet pleasant, and the work is structured, yet varied in nature.
